This is our first DriveTime Meditation. We will do our best to keep the DriveTime Meditations to just under 10 minutes (which, scientifically enough, is the exact amount of time a human is able to drive without paying close attention to the road).MindAche podcast for people who need people who want people who are people. "Helpful for the Selpful" is actually the name of a companion album of chants and samba we are currently recording.
