Introduction to Episode Dr. Alice Kerby teaches us that somatic simply means of the body, and she shares with us her journey to using the somatic experience to heal trauma. Dr. Alice Kerby works with sober and sober curious women to help them be in their body. Dr. Alice started as a massage therapist, then she became a doctor of physical therapy. Now, she is working on earning her Somatic Experiencing certification through SETI. In this episode, we discuss using the somatic experience to heal trauma.
