Miscellaneous

An interesting case from February wherein Ziegler (and others) and the DPP go all the way to the Supreme Court to see if Human Rights include the right to block the highway. The case gives a clear framework under Articles 10 and 11 of the Convention and lays out which test should be used to judge these cases. In light of the proposed Policing Bill, the case is very interesting indeed.   Also, a birthday problem, Enger-land at the Euros and casual racism against the Swiss.
