Robert Hansen, the 'Butcher Baker' Serial Killer Who Hunted His Victims Like Animals in the Wild In the 1924 short story “The Most Dangerous Game,” author Richard Connell recounts the tale of a wealthy Russian aristocrat who, bored with trapping animals, lures a big-game hunter to his island and hunts him for sport.
