From www.fit-bar.com Fear happens, there's nothing you can do about that, but isn't it odd that we tend to have this thought, "If this were REALLY a good idea, I wouldn't feel any fear."  Do I really want that thought running my life?  What if I practiced a different thought - "Any amazing destination I want to arrive at is going to require feeling fear along the way."  Would that increase my potential for amazing?
