Donny Churchman founded Nack Development in early 2016. After years in the home building industry as a lobbyist, land acquisition and entitlement executive and a business executive, Mr Churchman decided to take his experiences from different markets around the country and begin developing residential projects in the Dallas / Fort Worth Area.
