Her Business Her Voice Her Conversation

Business

A conversation that I had with a boomer woman working remotely for months sparked this episode. This model works for her family, her mental health and represents how to end her working days with the company. She gets a call from corporate; everybody is back in the office within 30 days! This woman had purposed from day one to work the rest of her days remotely.     Being Christian, she asked me to pray. I told her that I would, but what came to mind was the question, what your exit strategy?  I posed that question, her response was that she does not have one, though she already vowed not to return to the office. It's been months, but she has done nothing except pray that what she wants to have happened desperately works in her favor.   Today's monologue is my view from another window, not belittling anyone. I'm asking a big question to inspire you to create your exit strategy, open your eyes as to why this must be done.  I'm going to tell you why you need to have your exit strategy in place, what the Bible and some of the incredible teachers of the Bible have to say about preparation.
