r/falloutlore America itself was destroyed during the great war, the government ceased to exist, and whatever remained did in the form of the Enclave. The Enclave obviously consider themselves as americans, but what about the rest of the wastelanders, or the NCR citizens. Do some wastelander simply believe that they don't belong to any country at all, that they simply live and everything around them is wasteland regardless of what country it used to be before?
