Chocolate, mince pies, chocolate, trifle, chocolate, Christmas pudding, chocolate, cake, chocolate. Both Vicki and Adam have overindulged but after the excess comes the exercise, well that’s the plan. Vicki is back at the gym. Adam has hopes of becoming as ripped as AJ, but so far the only thing that’s ripped are his shorts.
