Things to do in Diwali festival for better liver health:
1. Wake up and do at least 30 - 40 min exercise
2. Add 20 - 25 % Fiber and antioxidants to your diet. You can include salad, almonds, lemon juice in your daily diet.
3. Drink black tea or coffee every time after having Diwali food
4. Drink 3 - 4 ltr water every day
5. If you have constipation or indigestion or acidity problem, eat 2 teaspoons of flaxseed with apple cider vinegar every day
6. Wear a mask and sanitize your hands frequently
Things not to do in Diwali festival for better liver health:
1. Do not eat carbohydrates food with an empty stomach
2. Don't eat too much oily food. Eat some dry fruits after having oily food.
3. Avoid juice. Eat whole fruit.
4. Avoid food from outside. Try to eat homemade food.
