Dialectic Discourse Series provides an indispensable forum for the academic discussion of legal issues. Its main aim is to take Nepalese legal scholarship beyond textbooks. It promotes extensive legal research through a combination of Dialectic Discourse program and peer review by eminent scholars. The series provides the opportunity for legal researchers to strengthen their research through presentation and peer review. The papers presented are published in the Legal Dialectics Review. Discourses so far have addressed diverse issues of bitcoin, constitutionality of constitutional amendments, amendments of Muluki Ain. and the remand law in the Nepalese context.
