Escape to a storybook setting with this week's deep sleep story, "Autumn at the Watermill Cottage." Growing up, I had a beautiful clock depicting an old watermill hanging on our living room wall. It always inspired me, and this week's cozy bedtime story brings you to a bucolic landscape at the peak of fall. Apple picking, a sunset stroll, and the continuous melody of a stream will help you unwind with a bedtime holiday. Drift to sleep in the cozy ambiance of a moonlit stone cottage as the waterwheel turns and leaves drift on the crisp breeze. It's time to dream away.
