Affectionately known as "the Flea" Dale Weightman made his debut for the Tigers in Round 1, 1978 against the old rival Carlton. Flea wore the #43 and kicked 3 goals on debut. He finished his career as a Premiership player in 1980 as well as 274 games and 344 goals!
