Society & Culture

Arthur went from being an aerospace engineering student in Boston to managing positions in corporate businesses in the States, Japan, and Europe and then went back to Academia. During our conversation, we talked about culture shocks, his experience in Japan and how it relates to the current emotional roller-coster most people are going through. We delve into the current outbreak, how it affects small, medium and large business and political, economic, social, and technological factors incorporated by the coronavirus. We discuss some measures people can take when dealing with a crisis of this sort, retooling strategies, lessons learned and what would it mean for someone who is just entering the job market and looking into the future.
