On February 15, 2011, members of the Zetas drug cartel attacked two agents from ICE, or Immigration and Customs Enforcement, in the state of San Luis Potosi, Mexico. One of them, Jaime Zapata, was killed. The other, Victor Avila, survived. Here he tells his story.
