With this podcast I aim to empower women. I want to show you the way to self love, help boost your confidence, and help women stand on their own. I intend to shed light on things that aren’t that easy to talk about like mental health issues, and the many different types of abuse that some may deal with. I love to talk hair, Im naturally #napppy and I love it. So I will also be sharing info on product reviews, how to protect, grow and manage natural hair.
