Aloha, today I have uploaded a mini meditation for a local high school club.  Together with the academic advisor we are creating a safe space for students to relax and learn about the benefits of mindfulness.  This is a basic introduction to meditation and mindfulness.  It is also a great meditation for busy days when 20 minutes just does not fit into the schedule.  If you are interested in a short 7 minute relaxing meditation just hit play and get ready to breathe and release tension to create space to begin or end your day on a peaceful note.
