She has over 16 years of experience in people strategy and talent management, with expertise in total rewards, DEI, succession planning, L&D, performance management, and people analytics.She previously served as the Global Head of Performance Management for WPP, a leading advertising and communications giant with over 100,000 employees and a revenue of $12 billion. During her tenure, she was responsible for leading the implementation of performance management initiatives for HQ and over 13 subsidiaries.In addition to her work at WPP, Felicia also served as the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Harman International’s Professional Solutions division, a subsidiary of Samsung with 30,000 employees in 110 countries. During this time, she built the talent management team from scratch and helped drive the company's success through the transformation of performance, succession, talent acquisition, and learning and development for all employees.Felicia has a wealth of experience in all aspects of people strategy and has a proven track record of success in building and scaling human resources departments. She has also been instrumental in scaling startups from the ground up and founded her own people management and analytics solution.Felicia is a lifelong student and will graduate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business Executive Education program in 2024, and holds a Master's degree in Industrial- Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Business Psychology. She trained with top advisory firms such as Korn-Ferry International and the Center for Creative Leadership.
