I hope that you are all ready for Halloween? To celebrate this Halloween, we're releasing a compilation of our listeners' favourite spooky bedtime stories with the gently sound of rain in the background. Tonight we have some stories that are not scary at all, maybe a little bit spooky but so gentle and relaxing that even our most horror-averse listeners will drift off into peaceful sleep. The first story is a lovely fairy tale about a brother and sister who are visiting their village's Halloween party, but on the way they meet a talking pumpkin and an adventure happens. Then we have a light hearted tale about pixies, jack-o-lanterns and witches, then we have two stories based on mystery creatures and a lovers' curse with the Scottish Fairytale the Elfin Knight and then The Courteous Prince. Relax with cozy Halloween tales and soothing rain sounds, designed to help you drift off into a deep, peaceful sleep tonight. Please ensure you listen to these relaxing rain sounds in a place where you can safely settle down for the night. By combining atmospheric narration with ambient audio, this session provides a gentle way to transition into slumber. It is the ideal choice for anyone seeking a soothing sleep story to mark the occasion. Subscribe for weekly episodes to help you get a great night's sleep, and let me know in the comments if you enjoy these seasonal tales.
