The title may sound, harsh and paranoid but if you bear with me. I will present to you several arguments which make you think. An immediate question then raises. Is it a damn coincident or intentionally tailored virus? The conclusion is up to you, I only offer logical assumptions and facts, I do not offer a conclusion for you.
