“College Native Style” is a lecture led by Tomaquag Museum executive director Lorén Spears. The subject focuses on Indigenous Peoples, who think about things generally very differently than that of the western European mindset. This series explores the many facets of an indigenous person, and the challenges they can sometimes face in the education system. This series is aimed to be a good guide for other educators, and for those who are looking to broaden their understanding of Indigenous people and their culture.
