Another beer conversation, this time with Travis Hudson from TapCraft LLC. We met at Hello Betty Fish House in Oceanside and chatted a little bit about what TapCraft does and the importance of the draught systems, employee education, and maintaining the lines. Also, some local beer talk, a little bit about Travis' story and his future comedy aspirations. Our beer of choice today was BLACK PLAGUE Brewing 1347 IPA. Tasty!
