Hi, my name is Jill. My cat, Baxter, and I sit in our backyard during this sunny, spring-like day to record this guided meditation. It is March but technically not spring yet. Bax enjoys the fresh air, and he kept me company (thanks buddy!). Please try some physical stretching for your body prior to doing meditations, considering sitting or laying for extended periods of time can be challenging for some of us go-ers and do-ers. Anyway, this cleansing and grounding meditation includes breath work, mindful breathing and some imagery in the last few minutes. Enjoy.....
