A podcast about sadness and the songs that get you through it, hosted by me, Seattle standup comedian and producer Henry Russell Stoddard. Each week we sit with a guest and really dig in to get to know what music helps them cope. Each guest compiles a list of six songs, one for each of the five stages of coping with loss (Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance) and a sixth song that they would like to be played at their funeral! It's an interesting, somber, and even funny look into how we all cope differently.
