1 Corinthians 14:33-40 WOMEN SHOULD KEEP SILENT God is not a God of confusion but of peace. Therefore, corporate worship is about doing things in such a way that builds others up and works for the common good. In that context, Paul is commanding the women to keep silent in a certain setting - namely during the judgment of prophecies. We can always be confident of this – that regardless of whether we understand Him, we can trust that everything He does is right and good.
