The eleventh president of India has called Bloom's writing “visionary.” Bloom co-founded the Asian Space Technology Summit, which he chaired in Malaysia in May of 2017. Oh, and once upon a time Bloom founded and ran The Howard Bloom Organization, the biggest pr firm in the music industry, working with Michael Jackson, Prince, Bob Marley, Bette Midler, Billy Joel, Billy Idol, Paul Simon, Peter Gabriel, David Byrne, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Queen, Kiss, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, and Run-DMC.
