In this episode, they stop in at Ravinia Logan Square. This brewery opening has been in the works for quite a while. The pandemic may have brought some setbacks but it also allowed them to refocus on what was important moving forward. Trying to be as safe as possible, just about everyone was wearing masks during the interview so the audio may seem a bit muffled at times.
