The African and Norwegian Bintu Zahara Sakor is the CEO and Founder of Sackson Consultant (SC), which is an international company that provides co-project development and local management strategy advisory services for Private and Public companies operating in emerging renewable energy markets in Africa. Zahara is also the Founder of Nordic African and Asian Women Entrepreneurs Network (NAAWEN), a relatively new platform that focuses on supporting the representation of Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority (BAME) women entrepreneurs in Scandinavian communities to enable collaboration, share ideas, mentorship and entrepreneurship development. Zahara holds a BA in International Relations and MSc Conflict Resolution from the University of Essex and is also currently working as a Researcher at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO).
