Chai talks is about mental health and mental wellness. I am passionate about mental health and wellness for all. More specifically for me I am an immigrant from Kenyan residing in the USA. I understand the challenges that we immigrants undergo post migration but I feel like I have a unique story different to that of many others immigrants here. I have studied here in the USA and have my bachelor's, masters and PhD in social work. My PhD dissertation was on mental health and why I want to bring this podcast to live for me to share personally, professional & research perspective. So welcome
