Hey! I’m Yogi Rakhee, a full-time Yoga instructor and founder of Superari Yoga. Superari comes from the Latin word, the will to overcome. I believe that with the right mental, physical and emotional approach, we can overcome anything. Soul Speak is a thought-provoking collection of reflections, advice and practical techniques anchored in Yoga teachings, many of which I hope you could apply easily to your everyday life. Don’t worry, you won’t hear endless words in Sanskrit and you don’t even have to be a student of Yoga to listen. The collection includes relationship advice, how to sleep better as well as short guided meditations and relaxations that you can use every day. It’s really me just speaking from my soul, to yours.
