Joe has recently made the transition to becoming an author and is currently in the last phases of revising and finalizing his first novel. A fictional story set in a post-apocalyptic world about human trafficking. Right up my damn alley, by the way... We talk all about the process of publication and editing a hand-written, 700+ page book into roughly 300 (holy buckets) Also Joe has seen his fair share of tragedy in his life. Coming out of the deaths of his mother, grandfather, and brother in the span of only a few years, we go pretty deep into dealing with grief and coping with the insane turbulence that comes with severe loss.
