RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and BPA (Business Process Automation) are two terms that are often used interchangeably, but they are not the same thing.

On the other hand, BPA refers to the use of technology to streamline and optimize entire business processes, including both manual and automated tasks. BPA can involve a wide range of technologies, such as workflow management tools and artificial intelligence. The goal of BPA is to make business processes more efficient, effective, and agile, by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, automating routine tasks, and providing real-time insights into process performance.
