Beer was not always made using barely malt. Craft brewers of the past used whatever ingredient that was readily available to create beers that today's craft brewers put their on creative spin on. Buck Wild Brewing's co-founder Mike Bernstein utilizes that creative spirit from craft brewers of the past by producing gluten free beer that plainly put is, "good quality beer". With the experienced and ever learning mind of head brewer Cameron Collier Buck Wild continues to feed the curiosity that makes craft beer more than beer.
