Bruno’s extensive lending market knowledge and vast industry contact database enables him to advise and assist all types of clients whether they are buying their first home, re-mortgaging, moving, purchasing their first Buy To Let investment property or building a property investment portfolio. He also has considerable experience in the more specialist financing areas of Bridging Finance, Residential Improvement Loans and Development Finance. Bruno heads up the Clayton-Welch Associates team with a modus operandi to ensure all our clients are provided with the best possible service and advice.
