Brotherhugger Introduction

So you may or may not of heard of the Brotherhugger community project. It's something I'm very passionate about. And we need help getting it off the ground. Quite often people are exposed to an event, a trauma or an incident that can and does effect their mental health and general wellbeing. At this point they have a choice: Self destruction Or Healing. More often than not people choose the former. We want to help stop that and encourage people (of all gender identities-especially men) to speak up and be open about how they're feeling and be kind to their minds.
