Be persistent in prayer, and keep alert as you pray, giving thanks to God. I will test them as gold is tested. Then they will pray to me, and I will answer them.” Zechariah 13:9 [GNT] - Take delight in the LORD, and he will give your heart’s desires. Psalm 37:4 [NLT] 3. It helps prioritize my life. - Seek first God’s kingdom and what God wants. Then all your other needs will be met as well. Matthew 6:33 [NCV] - The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right. Psalm 84:11 [NLT] 4. It strengthens my faith. - For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Jeremiah 29:11 [TLB] - Let us not get tired of doing what is right, for after a while we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t get discouraged and give up.
