The goal is simple, to break a 3-hour marathon in New York City on November 3rd. With only 4 weeks to go now until I attempt to break a 3-hour marathon, hear what has happened since my last update. Including how I got on in the Blackmores half marathon, what I do in my strength sessions to reduce the risk of injury and also how much mental resilience is going to play a huge part in this challenge now. Thank you to all of those people who continue to offer their support, as you will hear in this episode the fundraising efforts have been phenomenal.  We go again!Rich :)
