The Book Of Revelation chapter 5 explains the Scroll. This chapter starts with a "scroll" sitting on the Throne, and ends with a "song" that those around the throne sing. The singers are "every creature" that is in heaven, on Earth, under the Earth and in the Sea. They all sing! They all express gracious words with their "tongue", things that come out as the result of what's going on in their "heart"..."for the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God"!
