This week I finally was able to sit down with Mark Walter the founder of Sun Multisport events. Mark organizes triathlons of various lengths, a Farm based trail running series and the Race Mania Summit and Expo for endurance athletes and that happens annually in March.  When Mark isn’t coordinating events he’s putting in miles getting ready for a full Ironman triathlon in the fall.  To learn more about the races and events that we will be discussing in this episode you can go to  www.sunmultisportevents.com A huge Thank- you to Mark for taking time out of his day in the middle of a very busy racing schedule to talk about what goes into making these events happen.
