The story centers, available on HuraWatch Movies, around Nida Huq, a timid sales assistant of South Asian descent working at a shoe store. Her life is marked by racial microaggressions and stifling monotony. One day, she stumbles upon a mysterious talisman hidden under the floorboards. Touching it summons Gaap, a disco-era demon who insists that Nida must kill three people in three days to prevent an impending apocalypse. Nida initially resists, believing she’s losing her grip on reality. Gaap, however, reveals visions of nuclear devastation should she fail. As her psychological stability unravels, she begins targeting those around her who exhibit cruelty, violence, or potential for harm—blurring the line between justice and insanity.
