Adrena Martin is a entrepreneur in every sense of the word but during Black History she focuses her, time and attention on the signifcance of Black History and what is the big deal with HBCU's. Adrena Martin is an entrepreneur, creator, and author, hailing from Illinois. She is the creator of VEU Magazine( Visionaries and Entrepreneurs United,) which is a digital and print publication with a focus on business, entrepreneurship and thought leaders. Her journey into entrepreneurship started while finishing her last year at student at Tuskegee University in 2012. The initial launch of VEU Magazine in 2015, gave Adrena the ability to connect with a plethora of entrepreneurs, authors, and visionaries around the world. In late 2017, she realized the necessity for more HBCU awareness and started Historically Black Since. Historically Black Since, is a media platform focused on the culture of HBCUs, Black Greek Culture and Black History. Along with being an entrepreneur, Adrena enjoys giving back to the community, and helping others in need, which is evident through her membership in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. She desires to one day start a foundation to help other aspiring entrepreneurs receive the necessary training and funding to be successful in their field.
