In an at times excruciating to watch CNN town hall in Cincinnati, President Joe Biden bumbles, fumbles, and stumbles his way through an answer for Don Lemon about the FDA clearing vaccines for children 12 and under. Also, Biden states that those who are vaccinated cannot become infected with COVID-19 or the Delta variant - which has not yet been scientifically determined, one way or the other.
