On the first episode of Beyond the Chalkboard season two, Dr. Gordon Cobb interviews Dr. Nishan Perera, a KPU faculty member who specializes in marketing, intra-cultural communications and the use of technology to enhance teaching and learning. Nishan and Gordon discuss his personal teaching philosophy, the technology he uses within his curricula, the influence of social constructivism on his work as an instructor, and what it means to be a disruptor in post-secondary education.
