We don't usually have a part 3 but this one was key and also did some work to highlight the other segments. So much of what we talk about is a by product of poor or non-existent communication. In this session poor and lack of communication can be seen in part 1 and 2 respectfully. It doesn't matter if its with romantic partners, friends, family or co-workers we could all do better at communicating and more often than not we struggle with the listening more than the talking; lets start changing that.
