Learning to befriend yourself. Especially in dark times, learning to have self compassion can have a major impact. Treat yourself the way you would treat a dear friend who came to you in distress. How would you try to help them? What would you say to them? Are you saying those same kinds of things to yourself?If you feel like you have lost all sense of self worth, try treating yourself with compassion just to change things up. And things will start to change.
