Yes, We’re joined by the ‘soon to be legend’, Chef Mike Haracz, phoning in from Illinois. Mike’s energy keeps us busy as we discuss some of the bigger things he’s been a part of, most notable his time at McDonald’s where he was singularly responsible for bringing Szechuan sauce back to the franchise, then leaving for the greener pastures of Wendy’s and leading the front on the Chicken Sandwich Wars.
