Dr. Jennifer Christner, Dean of the School of Medicine at Baylor University, joins Innovators to talk about how to build medical schools and healthcare systems around a more diverse generation of doctors and healthcare workers.  Dr. Christner became the Dean of Baylor's School of Medicine in 2015 after a role at State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University as the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Medical Education. She earned her MD from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor's degree from Ohio State University.
