When meditating you actually don’t want to concentrate. Try to be your own guest, observing your surroundings and your inner space as if you would just be there for a brief visit. Your breath is coming in and out and you just “look” at it, as if it would not be yours, but just a breeze of wind coming through the window. You can find a great playlist on my Spotify for this meditation under "meditation: in the myst of my life".
