The National Meteorological Center has issued a yellow alert for rainstorms in Beijing. The larger area in north China is also experiencing rainstorm or thunderstorm today. Whenever a severe rainstorm strikes, it puts city management to test. Would big cities like Beijing be ok during this summer?
