Our chakras and their conditions directly affect our mental health. There can be blockages in certain chakras which can be dealt with by recognizing and balancing them. Chakras are present throughout our bodies, but there are 7 key chakras which are present throughout the human spine. Chakras look at not only mental health but emotional and physical well-being as well. It becomes necessary for overall wellness and each chakra is very important so cleansing them (if needed) is a wise decision.
